The position requirements include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:
1.
Coordinate procurement of bid documents and obtain all documentation necessary for bid.
2.
When awarded construction projects, procure all owner contract documents 3.
Coordinate all submittals as needed for project 4.
Create project-specific contract documents 5.
Conduct management of project file close-out Candidate must be able to work independently and with others, meet deadlines, and have great organizational skills with extreme attention to detail.
Must have extensive knowledge of Quickbooks.
Previous construction office experience required and experience in AIA billing a must! Salary will be based on experience' ' Benefit Conditions:
